How do clients connect their own AI?
From your portal they add OkiHQ as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client, and sign in once. Their assistant then sees only their own workspace with you: progress, open requests and invoices. Anything that commits them, like approving an estimate or paying, still goes through a confirmation.
What can the agency assistant do?
Answer questions about any client from your connected tools, draft estimates from your Stripe catalog, write the weekly client update, and prepare tasks and invoices. It reads freely within each person's access; anything it would write waits for someone on your team to confirm.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Every approval, payment and request reaches them as a link in email or Slack, and it opens already signed in, scoped to that one thing. They can set a password later if they want the full portal.
Which tools does it connect to?
Linear and ClickUp for progress, Stripe for payments and your product catalog, InvoiceXpress for certified invoices. Anything else that speaks MCP can be added as a custom server.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. On Free we keep a small share of each online payment; on Pro we keep nothing.
Can clients see my other clients?
Never. Every agency is isolated at the database level, and every client workspace inside it is too. You can preview the portal as any client contact to check exactly what they see.
Does it carry my brand?
Your logo, colours and name are on the portal, the emails and the pay pages. Clients deal with your studio, not with us.
